Finally some sun!

What a delight, today is a beautiful sunny day and the alpaca are lying in the grass sunbathing! 

We brought the animals into a coral earlier today, to check their body score after a prolonged period of bad weather. All scored well, helped by our own organic hay, which they’ve had unchecked access to all winter, but we also feed a good camelid mix and regular vitamin paste. 

Next month we look forward to the arrival of some babies! Fingers crossed. 🤞
