Care Instructions: Firstly make sure your item really needs a wash. Unlike manmade materials, alpaca does not need to be washed frequently. Try gentle spot cleaning and regular airing instead.

If you do need to wash your product, hand washing is best; soak the item in tepid water with an appropriate wool detergent for about half an hour, then rinse well and press out the excess water, without wringing. Dry flat 

If you are nervous about washing your item at home, we recommend that you use a dry cleaners, making sure they know it is an alpaca product.
