Information on Payment, Postage and Packing (Shipping)

Our prices for postage and packing (shipping) are dependent on where the package is going and how heavy the order is. We have a secure checkout via SagePay and PayPal.

• Generally deliveries to England and Wales under 25kg are £5 though some items do have their own shipping cost, such as the Alpaca Bedding. Please check the drop down shipping list when ordering. Shipping costs are calculated during the order process and you are given the opportunity to abandon the order at this stage.
• We occasionally offer discounted rates or free shipping on certain products ( if you are ordering volume, for instance) in this case Discount Codes are advertised on the site or within the product description. Please note: These codes may only be used at the time of checkout and cannot be assigned retrospectively, after payment has been taken or an order delivered.
• Orders to Mainland Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Scottish Islands may need individual pricing for delivery. Please contact us and we will happily quote you for delivery.
