Our Policies incl. Delivery

DELIVERIES
  • Deliveries will generally be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Deliveries will be made within 1 to 10 working days dependent upon weight and service requested from receipt of your paid order subject to availability. Your order may be despatched from multiple locations and therefore arrive as separate deliveries.

  • Delivery will be made to the address of the registered debit/ credit card holder used to place the order unless otherwise specified in the shipping address. Certain products cannot currently be delivered outside the UK please check this before ordering.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times as these may be affected by circumstances outside our control.  We will do our best to contact you if we are forewarned of delays.

  • For this reason we are unable to accept responsibility for lost working time and recommend goods are ordered well in advance of any requirement.

  • If our carrier is unable to gain access to the agreed delivery address they will return the goods to their warehouse and make contact with you to re-arrange delivery.  Failure to deliver several times may result in an additional delivery fee so consider your delivery address when ordering.

  • All goods must be signed for to confirm receipt. 

Returns
If you are unhappy with a product or service we are very sorry. As soon as possible please contact Lou on aathelarches@gmail.com and explain the issue. If you can, send a picture to illustrate your concern. Generally our policy on returns lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will also require your receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where partial refunds/no refunds may occur: (if applicable)
Item with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to find a way forward. We may at this time be able to confirm an approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is due it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have received an email confirming a refund please wait a few days to check your bank account, next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at aathelarches@gmail.com. After these steps, if your refund still hasn't appeared please email The Archers at The Larches and we will investigate.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items will not be refunded unless they are faulty.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aathelarches@gmail.com and send your item to: The Larches, Larches Lane, Oreton, Kidderminster Shropshire UK DY14 0TW.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate email will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will need to send an email to the gift giver in order to process your return.

Cancellations
Please email aathelarches@gmail.com if you decide to cancel an order. We regret we will be unable to accept cancellations more than 7 days after goods reach their destination.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Larches, Larches Lane, Oreton, Kidderminster, DY14 0TW, UK

Unless the item has a manufacturers fault you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
